Return Policy

Installation Services will refund most items if they are returned with the original box or packaging, with manuals and all accessories included, if such return is made within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless Installation Services was at fault, at which point the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit card (if paid by credit card).

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount for a return and in some cases a return may not be accepted at all if such items are missing or damaged.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless Installation Services was at fault. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound shipping charges, based on the original outbound shipping method. Closeout items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Some items my be non-refundable. Make sure you ask your Installation Services representative about the refund policy pertaining to the product you intent to purchase prior to making the purchase.
